More than 7 days before start: full refund of rental and delivery, deposit never captured.

7 days to 48 hours: 50% of rental. Delivery unspent is refunded.

Inside 48 hours: no rental refund. Weather holds on Berthoud or ice-on-lake calls by GCS are not a renter cancellation — we move the window.

Request-to-book jobs follow the partner's confirmation note. If they never confirm, you owe nothing.
